Over the years, I've collected a lot of DVDs.

In this thread, we shall post pictures of our DVDs and boxsets.

Favourite DVDs, most watched DVDs, any DVDs you haven't watched?

I hate dvd's/vhs/bluray, I only watch them once so I never buy any. I'd rather watch them in the cinema. :3

Yeah I don't buy too many dvds >_>

Loads, because I frequently go on 2 hour car journeys, and I need something to keep me entertained.
I may photo and/or list them later.

I have very few TBH. Only really good films, or ones with rewatchability, are bought.

I have other dvds, James Bond etc, can't be bothered to list them.

Hey, could you get the friends dvd's out of the way? I want to have a look at the radiator aswell.

These are just the ones I have in my room. there are many, many more. Most are awful, low budget horrors. It's got the point in our house where we don't know what we own and what we've only rented.

What's the fullmetal alchemist tin thing at the back?

When I ordered one of the volumes (5, I think, when it first came out), I got sent that with it. I think if you ordered the first volume, and one of the later ones when it first came out, you got a tin to put the other volumes in.

I only have the one though, so just put things like DVDs you get with magazines etc in it.

I'm slowly buying the boxsets atm, but I much prefer the manga.

It is a pretty nice tin. I've seen pictures of the other two, one had the artwork from the 1st two volumes on it I think, but I'm sure the last one had all the Homonculus on it.

I kind of wished I'd waited for the boxsets now, rather than paying up to £20.00 for every 4 episodes...

Yeah, I think the Manga was better in a lot of ways. If only for giving more of the minor characters a bit more of the spotlight. I quite liked the film though, even if a lot of people hated it.

I was lucky in that The box sets started coming out just as I was getting into it.
My main complaint with the movie is the ending, though I commend them for trying something different, also they made Hughes a nazi.
Yeah the manga has a better story overall in my opinion, but it's nice seeing it animated in the new series. Also it has Lin wich makes it awesome.
And yes Conra you do need to watch more.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Hughes being a Nazi. Weird choice there, on the part of the directors.
I just liked the way they mixed in historical stuff/people - even if it was ever so slightly different than real life. What with the Dragon and the rocketships.
